●“宿泊だけなら問題ありません”

アパートを改装した様なホテルでした。当然サービスも洗練されていません。カードも使えないので便利が悪いです、通貨も円はだめでスムという自国通貨よりもドルを重要視しているホテルでした。汚いサウナを利用したのですがルームチャージという概念が分かっていない様でした。

現地ガイドによると、ブハラではまあ「そこそこの良いホテル」とか、ウエルカムドリンクのサービスも有りました。口コミを見ても余り評判が良く無いので心配していましたが、部屋はベットルームの外に前室が有って「そこそこ」の清潔感もありました。ベランダからは市街地が見られるが、ベランダに出る時はホテルの人に開けてもらう様にとの注意と、シャワーを使う時にはシャワーヘッドを手で持って水温の調整をして下さいとの事。水圧で重い金属製のシャワーヘッドが落ちる事が有るらしいです。
聞く所によると、日本人ツアー客が多く利用するホテルとか、ミネラルボトルも２本部屋にサービスで置いて有り、少しずつサービスが向上しているのか？ワイハイはロビーでしか使用出来ないとの事でした。

But the worst thing was that once we left the hotel, we realized that we had been stolen by the service (inside the closed rooms), we were a group of thirteen people, and they stole to at least 6 people of the group. They stoled me a pair of new socks, my partner of the room was stolen a lot more than me, 100€, a pair of new socks and a pair of new bedsocks, two more people were stolen money, between 100€ and 150€ each one of them, and the other two were stolen a sweater and an umbrella.

●“Some improvement, but….”

Stupid to leave valuables in your room, but it was the day our suitcases were collected early for the next stage of our trip and with no safes it was where I usually locked things away and I only went downstairs for breakfast. Next door had an unexplained visit before check out. stripped the bed, but left the sheets and did nothing else.

●“Avoid at all costs (unless you like to suffer!)”

This place is horrible. It is a throwback to the old Soviet-era days. Large gray block situated in a dark and desolate area of town. Unwelcoming staff at reception, small elevators that barely work. Many lights in hallway burned out so no one can see to fit key in door. Carpets stained, towels torn or frayed. Handles on door and window broken off so they can not be opened (or in my case closed). The cold air just poured into the room. Beds small and lumpy, tv does not work. It goes on and on. The restaurant caters to mass tour groups and throws out bland food en mass. This place reminds me of coming here in the 80’s and 90’s. Just awful!
